About the role

Join the dynamic team at Grand Legacy Builders Construction and Development Corp. as a full-time Project-in-Charge (Land Development). In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of land development projects in Quezon City, Metro Manila. Your expertise and leadership will be critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of these important infrastructure initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of land development projects, from planning and design to construction and handover
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to coordinate project activities
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  4. Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in land development project management, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  5. Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
  7. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
