Job Title: Human Resource/SPED Learning Center Staff

Location: Palanan, Makati City

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Staff Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records with accurate information.

  • Support payroll processing by gathering attendance and timesheet data.

  • Help in organizing school events and engagement activities.

  • Assist in drafting HR correspondence and internal communications.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

SPED Learning Center Staff Duties:

  • Support SPED teachers in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Provide direct assistance to students with special needs, including academic support, behavior guidance, and personal care when necessary.

  • Create engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles and abilities.

  • Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support student progress.

  • Monitor and evaluate student performance and behavior.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

  • Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
