Do you have the patience, empathy, and dedication to support learners with unique needs?

The Steppingstone Progressivist School in Fairview, Q.C. is looking for teacher aides and shadow teachers who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of children — including those in our SPED (Special Education) program.

As part of our team, you will:

- Assist children with individualized learning needs, helping them engage in lessons and activities

- Support classroom routines while giving focused attention to your assigned learner

- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to encourage each child's growth

- Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organized, child-centered environment

Qualifications:

Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping children of all abilities succeed

Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to different learning styles

Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Starting salary: ₱8,000–₱10,000 (depending on hours) + bonuses

Able to commute to Fairview Q.C., or stay in our school quarters (FREE rent, electricity, water, & internet)
