Job Title: Special Education (SPED) Teacher

Location: Palanan, Makati City

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our educational team in Makati. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to inclusive education and a proven ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.

  • Deliver differentiated instruction using a variety of teaching strategies and techniques.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and academic growth.

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, therapists, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular assessments and maintain detailed records of student progress.

  • Participate in parent-teacher conferences and IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field with units in SPED Education.

  • License is an advantage but not required.

  • Relevant experience working with children with special needs is an advantage but not required.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
