Job Description

  • Data Preparation & Validation: Gather, clean, organize, and verify performance data to support budget preparations, target setting, and forecasting needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance across different seller types and business units, assist in gathering insights and keeping track of KPIs against targets set, maintaining clear and accurate trackers and reports
  • Forecasting, Planning and Analysis: Provide support in monthly budget submissions and come up with own forecasting models. Able to formulate business hypotheses and subsequently back up forecasting assumptions with available data.
  • Insights & Recommendations: Understand performance trends at seller, category, market level to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accuracy in the budgeting process.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of more efficient data handling, reporting, and collections processes to improve overall team efficiency.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with KAMs/RMs, Finance, and Regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, accurate projections, and alignment on reporting for all functions served.

Requirements

  • Preferred with one to two years of work experience, but open to fresh graduates
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, creative and critical in thinking, sensitivity to data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, and Google Sheets
  • Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
