About the role

As an Area Manager at Bayanilife Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our retail stores across the Pangasinan Ilocos Region. This full-time position is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service to ensure the growth and profitability of our retail network.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple retail stores within your assigned region
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
  3. Provide coaching, training, and support to store managers and teams to ensure consistent service delivery and performance
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and implement new initiatives
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
  7. Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management or area/district management role
  2. Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
  4. Proficient in data analysis and performance management to drive continuous improvement
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
  6. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Relevant degree or certification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
