Bancassurance Area Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bancassurance Area Manager to oversee sales operations in assigned territories. The role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive consistent growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams, nurture client relationships, and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Financial Sales Specialists within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market presence across the region.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the sales team meets expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make sound business decisions.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas as needed.
