Job Description -Deliver technical and customer service training-Run pop-up reinforcements for SVs/CFS i.e. BITES Express
-Manage toolkits and job aids i.e. BITES
-Track daily NPS loopbacks and performance metrics
-Other CFS Ops needs i.e. CFS uniforms
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Training
Develop training materials and delivers training courses related to process, standards and new promos
Plan and schedule the delivery of learning activities, based on learning objectives. Manage the delivery of programs of learning.
Customize formal and informal learning activities, incorporating relevant business scenarios and case studies
Deliver training involving process, standards and new promos
Supports sales driven campaigns and initiatives from Broadband Marketing
BB Advocacies
Conducting FiberLab demo tour to onboard Globe employees in Broadband technology and IoT
Arranging Field Immersion schedule for all Globe employees' request
Oversee and plan social media posting
Support Ambassadors' program in conducting cascade on latest promo and announcements
Support in organizing events, workshops, and activities aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work culture, such as Monthly Celebrations, Town halls and Team building
