Managed Reports Operations Manager

Job Description A Managed Report Operations Manager is responsible for the operationalization and maintenance of dashboards and recurring report. He is also responsible consolidating data from various sources into one centralized platform and designing visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, providing a holisitc view of the business and enabling stakeholders to access relevant information quickly.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Data IntegrationPrepare business requirements mapping required for dashboarding and insighting on new and change requirementsDashboard Operationalization and MaintenanceOperationalize dashboards, optimize scripts and orchestrate data transformations in collaboration with Data Architects and analysts to ensure seamless integration with various data sources (i.e. databases, APIs, sheets and slides)Leverages data visualization best practices and techniques to represent complex data in a clear concise meaningful way, using charts, graphs, maps and other visual elementsManage and ensure timely and regular production and update of dashboards – depending on agreed frequency, timing SLAs and manage dashboard versioning, update and change processGovern and ensure that production dashboard scripts are closedUser Experience DesignLead development of approved layout and views via the Visualization Tool / desired output that are easy to navigate, responsive and accessible across different devices and platformsOptimize performance of the dashboard /report to ensure fast loading times and smooth interaction, even with large datasetsOperationalization of Reports and DashboardsAutomation with job scheduling, job anomaly detection based on standard DE tools of regular profiling and cohort analyses – to support Data Storytelling and data visualization teams churn out insights fasterStakeholder Management and Knowledge Transfer Train and support end-users on how to use the dashboard effectively, interpret visualizations and extract insights to inform decision makingSKILLS:Soft: ProactiveStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and analytical, ability to conduct validation, data checking of resultsStrong Stakeholder management skillsExcellent collaboration skillsHard:Dashboard creationData visualizationData pipeline design and optimizationData security and access controlsPython, DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, SQLBI Tools : TableauGoogle suite : Google sheet, Google slide, Looker, Big QueryHIRING REQUIREMENTS:Work ExperienceGraduate of Statistics, Math, IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering>3-5 years experience in and AnalyticsLevel of KnowledgeStrong Data management and Analytics skills Understanding of end-to-end Business Intelligence practice Programming expertise on the following languages: SQL, PythonKnowledgeable in DBT, Airflow, SnowflakeKnowledgeable in BI Tools: Tableau, LookerEqual Opportunity EmployerGlobe's hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.Globe's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy Commitment can be accessed hereMake Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
