Job Description Drives adoption of processes, systems, and best practices across all users by designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives operational excellence by designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure consistent adoption of processes, systems, and best practices for agents and internal users (e.x., Account Managers).

  • Develops and maintains training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to support learning continuity.

  • Facilitates engaging training sessions across various stakeholder groups.

  • Assesses training effectiveness and competency achievement using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.

  • Identifies skill gaps and training needs through analysis, consultations, and competency assessments.

  • Collaborates with internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to ensure training programs are aligned with L&D frameworks and business objectives.

  • Supports implementation of People Development Plans and other learning initiatives for internal clients.

  • Applies coaching techniques to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.

  • Manages multiple L&D projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in learning & development, training design, or analytics-focused training roles.

  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including BPO agents and internal account managers.

  • Exposure to workforce, operational, or performance analytics is a plus

  • Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
