Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with a strong background in the I-gaming industry to lead our search engine optimization initiatives across multiple projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive organic growth while managing complex, multi-site SEO campaigns in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Management- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple I-gaming brands and projects simultaneously
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis specific to gaming, sports betting, and casino verticals
- Optimize website architecture, content, and technical elements to improve search rankings
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with development, content, and marketing teams
- Manage multiple concurrent SEO projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Allocate resources effectively across different projects
- Establish and maintain SEO workflows, processes, and documentation
- Navigate complex regulatory requirements and compliance considerations across different jurisdictions
- Understand geo-targeting strategies for various markets and licensing restrictions
- Develop content strategies that balance user engagement with responsible gaming messaging
- Implement SEO tactics suitable for high-competition gaming keywords and affiliate marketing
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements
- Collaborate with development teams on website performance optimization
- Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Search Console, and specialized SEO tools
- Analyze user behavior data to inform SEO and content strategies

- Minimum 3+ years in managerial or senior leadership positions in SEO or digital marketing
- Proven experience in the I-gaming industry (online casino, sports betting, or related gaming verticals)
- Demonstrated success managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously
- Track record of achieving measurable organic traffic growth and ranking improvements
- Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation
- Experience with content management systems and SEO plugins
- Familiarity with international SEO and hreflang implementation
- Deep understanding of I-gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing dynamics in the gaming industry
- Awareness of responsible gaming practices and their impact on content strategy
- Understanding of payment processing and licensing considerations affecting SEO
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
