As a Treasury Operations Associate, you'll help manage the daily financial heartbeat of the company, overseeing reconciliations, cash flow, and settlements across multiple accounts and providers. It's a detail-driven, high-impact role where accuracy meets efficiency.

About the Role

You'll play a hands-on role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations, supporting both internal teams and external partners. From daily cash management to process improvements, you'll be part of a team that keeps our operations tight, transparent, and trusted.

Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily cash flow, reconciliations, and settlements with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and reconcile bank, PSP, and card processing accounts
  • Process client withdrawals and adjustments in line with company policies
  • Perform daily client money reconciliations and monthly reporting
  • Monitor transactions and analyze discrepancies to maintain financial control
  • Support treasury and payments reporting for management and audit needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation processes for compliance and audit purposes
  • Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Who We're Hoping to Find

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in treasury operations, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and reconciliation practices
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and database tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with client money regulations and AML guidelines is an advantage

Extra Points if you Have

  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Trading
  • Exposure to multi-currency reconciliation or PSP integrations
