  • Support daily treasury activities, operations, and settlement, managing both fiat and cryptocurrency assets.
  • Approve and settle treasury-related fund movements, including vendor payables, funding requests, trade settlements, etc.
  • Assist in implementing and executing treasury and cash management strategies for both fiat and crypto assets to modernize and automate critical treasury functions.
  • Assist with managing foreign currency exposure, currency payments, and forecasting medium and long-term funding and hedging needs.
  • Contribute to developing strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and minimize costs.
  • Assist in the administration and management of cryptocurrency wallets and related activities and in the execution of Staking and Lending strategies, ensuring smooth operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the efficient availability of liquidity and streamline treasury processes.
  • Monitor, liaise, and manage banking relationships, including liquidity management, credit facilities, bank account management (opening/closing of accounts), and development of future banking relationships.
  • Perform/cross-check daily reconciliation.
  • Prepare regular management reports and other reports, as necessary.
  • Assist in leading officers and associates.
What we expect from you
  • 2-4 years of experience working in the crypto space, trading companies, or treasury management with a solid understanding of cryptocurrency technologies.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Bank Treasury, Treasury Management, Treasury Operations, Trade Settlement and lifecycle, or similar fields preferred.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, with little to no supervision.
  • Strong background in financial markets, banking, foreign exchange, trade life cycle, trade settlement, instruments, and debt instruments.
  • Understanding of banking relationships and relevant covenants.
  • Proficient in leveraging data to generate insights and drive decisions.
  • Adaptable and able to handle process changes in a fast-paced work environment.
