As a Treasury Operations Team Lead, you'll oversee the daily flow of cash, settlements, and reconciliations while leading a team that ensures speed and accuracy in every transaction. You'll balance leadership, problem-solving, and process excellence, driving improvements that make Blueberry's financial operations stronger every day.


About the Role

You'll manage the Treasury Operations team in Manila, ensuring that all deposits, withdrawals, and settlement activities are completed accurately and on time. Beyond daily oversight, you'll optimize processes, manage risk, and enhance efficiency through automation and data-driven improvements.

Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily treasury activities; settlements, reconciliations, and fund allocations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Treasury Associates to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with banks and PSPs
  • Monitor compliance and mitigate operational risks through strong control frameworks
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Prepare weekly reports on treasury KPIs, issue logs, and process enhancements
  • Maintain updated SOPs and ensure the team is aligned with policy changes
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Compliance, and CX to ensure operational excellence

Who We're Hoping to Find

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Settlements, Treasury, or Payments Operations (fintech, brokerage, or financial services preferred)
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong operational knowledge of client withdrawals, deposits, and PSP systems (e.g., Praxis, CRMs)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Highly organized with a process-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound decisions and manage priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Familiarity with AML and regulatory requirements related to settlements
  • Experience driving automation or process transformation in treasury or finance ops
