About the Role
Our Client is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to be his right hand in managing the fast-paced demands of his business. This is a full-time remote position, working alongside the client to ensure his schedule is tightly managed and projects move forward efficiently.
You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT, to streamline tasks and improve productivity. If you thrive on creating order out of chaos, enjoy problem-solving, and have a knack for working independently without a strict playbook, this is an ideal opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an intricate calendar, scheduling meetings, deadlines, and appointments with precision
Coordinate and monitor projects to ensure timely progress without the need for constant oversight
Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and other technology solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Proactively identify issues and solve problems creatively in an unstructured environment
Organize communications, documentation, and follow-ups to keep all business operations on track
Maintain detailed checklists and trackers to ensure nothing is overlooked
Collaborate remotely with the client and team members to support daily operations
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and work independently
Proficiency and enthusiasm for AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation software, or other productivity technologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
Passion for checklists, systematizing processes, and improving order and efficiency
