Job Description

An ETO, or Electro-Technical Officer, is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a ship's electrical and electronic systems. This includes everything from power generation and distribution to complex navigation, communication, and control systems. The ETO ensures these systems are safe, efficient, and comply with regulations, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
