About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a skilled and organised Project Coordinator/Encoder to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and documenting our construction projects, ensuring efficient project delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the project management team in coordinating and monitoring the progress of various construction projects
  • Maintain detailed project records, including documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate project information
  • Prepare and distribute project status updates, meeting minutes, and other communications
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and archiving project-related documents
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project coordination and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
