Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create daily Dispatch Slips (DS) in line with agreed delivery lead-times
  • Ensure Dispatch Slips comply with cost-efficient delivery standards
  • Maximize truck utilization to meet set CTS (Cost-to-Sales) vs. Transportation Cost
  • Check and ensure completeness of delivery documents (SI, CDR, DR, COA, ATR, POS, etc.) prior to dispatch
  • Assign the correct type of delivery truck for every dispatch slip
  • Relay clear delivery instructions and updates to drivers and helpers
  • Identify and check printing of invoices based on delivery schedule and FDS

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate (College level preferred)

Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is an advantage

Knowledge in documentation and scheduling

Strong communication and coordination skills

Computer literate (MS Office / Encoding)

Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
