Salary:P30,000 - P40,000 (non-negotiable)

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented clerk to join our legal team. This position combines traditional clerk responsibilities with marketing and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Support

  • Client Intake: Conduct initial client consultations, gather case information, and maintain accurate client records
  • Case Management: Assist attorneys with case preparation, document drafting, and trial support

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Digital Marketing: Create marketing materials using Canva, including event invitations, social media graphics, and promotional content
  • Social Media Management: Update and maintain firm LinkedIn profiles, create engaging content, and monitor online presence
  • Content Creation: Draft blog posts on legal topics relevant to the firm's practice areas
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings; send calendar invitations and manage attorney schedules

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Legal Clerk/Admin supporting US clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Canva and other design software
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Knowledge of content management systems for blog posting
  • Experience with client intake procedures
