Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects in accordance with approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures effective communication among stakeholders. The Project Manager develops project plans, tracks progress, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with company policies and project governance requirements. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting business objectives, and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project activities and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and budget utilization.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and external partners as needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline)
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
