The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM analytics, or data management.
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce CRM (advanced experience highly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of data hygiene, lead management, and segmentation in a B2B setting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, 6Sense) and attribution models (First-Touch, Last-Touch) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM, CPRA, and HIPAA.
