  • Together with your IT colleagues in Amsterdam, Manilla, Singapore and Bangalore you will create new functionality for our global user base;

  • Analyze, discuss, build, test and implement the requirements regarding changes requested by our users.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Provide functional support for the BOTS application, including issue investigation, resolution coordination, and user guidance.
  • Work in an Agile environment with sprints of two weeks.
  • Implement and document ING's IT Risk & Security controls;
  • Work on improving the current process through automation and identify improvements in the Customer Journey.

What you bring to the team

  • A university degree, in Business Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar;
    E- perience as an Ops engineer or business analyst;
    Linu- proficiency
    Domain e- pertise in Financial Markets - Capital Markets and Derivatives products to support our investment banking operations
    Eperience in an Oracle/SQL and Linu- /Windows OS
    Eperience with working on Magic- PA software is a big plus.
    E- perience with working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Snow;
    E- perience or affinity with IT Risk & Security concepts;
    E- cellent communication skills in English;
  • Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others in the team.
  • You thrive in a team setting and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
