Role Overview:

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
  • Maintain and optimize product listings (SEO, content, images, variations, etc.)
  • Monitor account health, customer messages, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with the team for inventory, pricing, and marketing updates
  • Support troubleshooting issues related to account or listing compliance
  • Suggest improvements to boost conversions and sales

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with other marketplaces (eBay, Walmart) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and systems
  • Open to applicants with less experience but eager to learn
  • Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
