We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant specialising in Social Media and Marketing Support to manage and grow our digital presence. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in content creation and social media management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, including posting, scheduling, and responding to basic engagement.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut for social media platforms.
  • Develop and curate marketing content such as captions, graphics, stories, and promotional posts.
  • Prepare and schedule newsletters via ActivePipe or similar email marketing tools.
  • Monitor social media and email performance metrics, providing basic reports or insights as needed.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to keep social media content fresh, active, and engaging.
  • Assist with general marketing and admin-related tasks to support overall business visibility and operations.

Minimum Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role managing social media accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic creation and CapCut for basic video editing.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, content types, and best practices.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in crafting captions, posts, and newsletters.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and content calendars.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (ActivePipe, Klaviyo, MailChimp, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, follow brand standards, and consistently deliver high-quality output.
