About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced ITSD / Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and problem-solving assistance to our internal and external customers. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and excellent customer service skills to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  3. Provide clear, concise, and effective communication to users
  4. Properly document all support activities and maintain accurate records
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team for further investigation and resolution
  6. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the user experience
  7. Participate in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
  2. at least 2nd year college with no back subject, Associate Degree and College Graduate
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users
  5. Proficiency in using IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote desktop applications
  6. Working knowledge of common operating systems, applications, and hardware
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  8. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
