Qualifications:
- At least 2-year college completer (no back subjects)
- Minimum 2 years IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / TSR experience in a BPO environment
- Must be amenable to start ASAP
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in BGC
