About the Internship:

We are looking for committed and accountable interns to support the various functions of PCX Markets. This role provides opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects, assist in day-to-day operations, and learn across different areas of the organization. As an intern, you will play an important role in helping teams achieve their goals while gaining practical experience, building skills, and bringing fresh perspectives that add value to our mission. Please note that this is an unpaid internship program focused on providing learning and professional development. Employers value internship experience as a stepping stone toward stronger career opportunities, making this an excellent way to build your future path.

Learning Opportunities
:

  1. Lead Intelligence – Learn how to gather and organize potential leads and qualified prospects to better understand the foundations of business development activities.
  2. Account Management – Gain experience in supporting Business Development Managers through administrative tasks and reporting, while learning how client accounts are managed.
  3. Events Management – Explore how online and offline events are organized to drive customer success and generate potential leads.
  4. Targeted Outreach – Develop skills in identifying and qualifying right-fit prospects to support outreach initiatives.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analytics – Build knowledge in maintaining accurate CRM data in HubSpot and learn to generate sales reports and analytics to identify opportunities and gaps.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sustainable impact to end plastic waste
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in a remote setting.

Learning Objectives:

  • By the end of the internship, you will be able to gain practical knowledge in supporting sales and business development activities at PCX Markets. As an intern, you will learn how to identify and research potential leads, assist in preparing client presentations and proposals, and support the tracking of sales pipelines using our CRM tool. Through shadowing sales calls and participating in meetings, the intern will develop a deeper understanding of relationship-building, consultative selling, and how business development strategies align with organizational growth goals.

Work Arrangement - Hybrid:

This role will require a commitment of 20 (part-time) to 40 hours per week, with a minimum duration of 3 months. The Company offers a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with weekly office presence for team integration. Additionally, it involves essential in-person meetings for effective relationship building.
