What is your mission?

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP processes, including PO and non-PO vendor bills, expense reports, and weekly payment runs. You'll ensure accuracy, resolve variances, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams. If you have ERP experience and a proactive mindset, join us and help keep our financial operations running smoothly

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Process PO-related vendor bills with 3-way match and resolve variances with procurement and warehouse teams.
  • Process non-PO vendor bills, obtain approvals, and enter bills accurately into NetSuite.
  • Handle employee expense reports with proper approvals and receipts.
  • Execute weekly payment runs.
  • Review AP aging reports and resolve anomalies.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile statements to identify missing bills.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist AP Manager with ad-hoc analysis and projects.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
  • Hands-on experience with 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliations).
  • ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred; Oracle or similar acceptable).
  • Accurate processing of PO and non-PO invoices and expense reports.
  • Experience with vendor reconciliations and aging reviews.
  • Familiarity with AI Stampli is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and email communication; professional with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
