Deployment sites: Las Pinas, Mandaluyong, and Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee all on-site HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project progress.
  • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify requirements, potential issues, and solutions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including manpower, materials, and work accomplishments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor material usage and coordinate requisition or delivery to avoid delays.
  • Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other contractors.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality aligns with approved designs and specifications.
  • Assist in scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource management.
  • Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during installation or commissioning.
  • Support documentation requirements such as project records, punch lists, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure all HVAC systems are installed, tested, and handed over properly to the client.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HVAC project supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD is an advantage).
