Authorities & Responsibilities:

Head Office

  1. Provides estimated costs of proposed projects and survey/cost of completed works.

  2. Coordinates with department staff, clients department, contractors, suppliers in matters relating to work as appropriate.

  3. Leads or supports detailed mechanical estimating of projects.

  4. Validates assumptions made during project design or proposal phase.

  5. Assist in the preparation or proposals and customer communication documents.

  6. Assists in the development of cost baselines or benchmarks as needed.

  7. Performs on-site data collection at customer facilities required to perform estimating or detailed development tasks.

Project Site

  1. Plans, coordinates, recommends, and implements the construction designs.

  2. Provides direction to all contractors and supervises them when needed.

  3. Coordinates with the supervisors in the construction site in order to determine the working priorities.

  4. Shall be in charge in the supervision of the design, installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the following:

a. Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning System

b. LPG system

c. Boiler System

d. Elevator and Escalator Systems

e. GenSet System

  1. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Job Specification:

  1. Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  2. With Professional License in Mechanical Engineering.

  3. With skills on: Mechanical Design, Estimating, Planning, Cost & Quantity Surveying.

  4. Preferably at least 5 years experienced employees specializing in Electrical/Structural or equivalent.
