About the role

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Air Conditioning Sales Representative to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional sales and customer service for our range of high-quality air conditioning units.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their air conditioning needs and provide tailored solutions
2. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our air conditioning products
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends
5. Ensure the showroom is well-presented and stocked at all times
6. Contribute to the overall sales targets and growth of the business

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the home appliances or HVAC industry
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Confident in demonstrating and explaining technical product features
5. Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
6. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
7. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
