Position: Paralegal - Corporate

Location: Makati City

Schedule: Mid Shift (2PM to 11PM)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time and Direct Hire

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Law or Juris Doctor, or any relevant course.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience focused in Litigation cases and Compliance.

  • Research, analyze legal investigations and prepare legal documents

  • Good communication skills - verbal and written.

Job Description:

  • As a Paralegal, you are tasked to work with Lawyers, Paralegals, and other cross functional teams involved conducting contracts Review and Management, Corporate Housekeeping, and preparation and filing of regulatory reports and requirements - across local and international stakeholders. As well as attending to queries/requests from various business units of the Company while adhering to company policies.
