Position Overview:
The Marketing-Admin who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines, and oversee the creation of brand assets.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Relationship Building:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Business Development:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus but not a requirement
- Proven experience (1-5 years) in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Amenable to work in QC office or Concepcion Marikina
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
