Job Summary:

As a Sales Closer Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads or customers who have already expressed interest in our products and guiding them through the final stages of the buying process. Your job is to build trust, answer questions, and close sales with confidence and empathy. You will play a key role in converting interest into revenue, contributing directly to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with qualified inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare/beauty solutions.
  • Build rapport quickly and provide education around product benefits, usage, and value.
  • Address objections and concerns professionally, ensuring a smooth and confident close.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, skincare trends, and competitive offerings.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in closing high-ticket or direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and long hours.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and sales tools and working with time tracker app (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Flexible availability, most especially evenings or weekends if needed.

Important notes. Ensure to read this portion:

  • This role is purely commission-based with a potential income of 2,000USD to 5,000USD per month, paid out bi-monthly.
  • A guaranteed 500USD commission, prorated, in the first 30 days from joining shall be paid out by the client.
  • A 500USD welcome bonus on your 60th day in the role will be paid by the client
  • A referral fee of 1,000USD will be given by the client for every successful referral.
  • Free training to be provided by the client.
  • Shift is in the US hours or Graveyard shift in the Philippines with 2x meal breaks in between.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php200,000.00 per month
