Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance, real estate, or financial services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing agent recruitment and employment.
