Job Summary

Manage the movement and storage of goods within an organization. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the supply chain.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Administrative Support: Assist logistics managers with administrative tasks such as generating reports, scheduling meetings, and preparing invoices.

· Develop good relationships with all parties involved in the logistics process to enhance operational efficiency.

Work days

Monday to Saturday

Requirements and Qualifications

· Education: High School diploma or a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

· Experience: Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is often preferred. Familiarity with shipping processes and inventory management systems is beneficial

Skills

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with team members and external partners.

· Attention to Detail: Careful monitoring of shipments and inventory to prevent errors.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to address issues that may arise during shipping or inventory management.
