Clinical Appeals RN (Registered Nurse) – PHRN (NON-VOICE)

Pay: ₱46,600.00 – ₱56,600.00 per month

Compensation Package

Basic Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱45,000

OGA Allowance: ₱3,600

PHRN Allowance: ₱8,000 (Taxable)

Total Pay Range: ₱46,000 – ₱56,000 per month

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an active PHRN License
  • At least 2–3 years of solid clinical experience (bedside or critical care) in a tertiary hospital
  • Preferred units: ICU, CCU, Telemetry, Cardiovascular ICU, Medical ICU, ER, MS
  • Clinical experience must be within the last 5 years
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, graveyard shift, and US holidays

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake of members or admission/discharge information post notification
  • Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage service requests
  • Manage referrals, including incoming/outgoing referrals and prior authorizations
  • Provide triage and care coordination notification cases for non-clinical assessment/intervention
  • Handle resolution and inquiries from members and/or providers

This is a high-volume environment requiring efficiency, productivity, and attention to detail. Flexibility in schedule, including evening hours, is required.
