ERP Admin Assistant
Job Description

Administrative assistant is responsible for clerical and organizational tasks
-
Keep files and records of documents in an orderly and systematic manner
-
Keep a network of contacts for proper coordination using various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, viber
-
Prepare presentation materials and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint and/or other software
-
Accurately prepare documents and paperwork essential for day-to-day needs of operations
-
Assist in preparation for meetings by scheduling and sending invites
-
Answer phone calls, receive guests, prepare communication for proper coordination and channeing of requirements

Performs ad hoc duties
Qualifications:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Graduate of BSBA- Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or any related course

Less than or 1 year experience in Technology/IT administrative assignment

Experience in IT related industry is preferred
