We are seeking a Project-Based Site Engineer to support our road works projects in Cebu. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and DPWH standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver quality results within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and the construction team.
  • Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional License (Civil Engineer) preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or an engineering role.
  • Experience with road, bridge, building, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
  • Physically fit to work on-site.
  • Willing to work extended hours and in various weather conditions.
  • Willing to work on a project-based engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
