Job Title:
Power BI Developer

Location:
Ortigas, Pasig, PH

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

Contract Duration:
2 Months (Fixed Term)

The project involves extracting equipment and agreement data from
SimPro
, building a high-performance
Power BI
dashboard, and deploying it within
SharePoint Online
. Crucially, the system must include
automated email triggers
to notify stakeholders of upcoming agreement discussions and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture:
  Establish a secure, automated data pipeline from the
  SimPro back-end
  (API/OData) to Power BI.
• Dashboard Development:
  Build an interactive "Equipment & Agreement" dashboard featuring:
• Lifecycle tracking for all assets.
• Agreement status (Active, Pending Review, Expired).
• Financial/Project margin overlays.
• SharePoint Integration:
  Design and configure a SharePoint "Reporting Hub" to host the dashboard with managed user permissions.
• Workflow Automation:
  Develop
  Power Automate
  flows that monitor agreement dates and trigger automated email reminders to Account Managers (e.g., at 90, 60, and 30-day intervals).
• Scheduled Reporting:
  Ensure 100% automation of data refreshes without manual intervention.

Technical Qualifications

• Power BI Expert:
  Deep proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M). Experience with
  Incremental Refresh
  and Gateway management.
• SharePoint Specialist:
  Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online site architecture, embedding Power BI web parts, and managing access groups.
• Power Automate Developer:
  Proven ability to create "Scheduled Cloud Flows" that trigger complex email notifications based on Power BI data alerts or date-field logic.
• Integration Skills:
  Prior experience with
  SimPro
  is highly preferred. Alternatively, deep experience connecting to similar FSM/ERP systems (AroFlo, NetSuite, Jobber) via API is required.
• Data Modeling:
  Ability to design efficient Star-Schema models to ensure fast dashboard performance.

Project Success Milestones

1. Phase 1 (Data):
   Successful connection to SimPro and validation of Equipment/Agreement data tables.
2. Phase 2 (Visuals):
   Approval of the Power BI dashboard layout and calculation logic (DAX).
3. Phase 3 (Automation):
   Deployment of Power Automate triggers and successful test of email alerts.
4. Phase 4 (Deployment):
   Final SharePoint site launch, permission testing, and technical documentation handover.
