Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance data insights, and deliver user-friendly applications that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions using MS Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
  • Develop data ingestion modules to ensure efficient data acquisition, cleansing, and standardization.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights using advanced DAX, Power Query, and scripting logic.
  • Manage and optimize Dataverse for secure and efficient data storage.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, reviewing code and offering best practice recommendations.
  • Deliver documentation, training, and support to end-users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integration.
  • Proficiency in Power Fx, DAX, Power Query, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of data modeling, security roles, and governance in Power Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or related certifications.
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
