Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new B2B/B2C opportunities using AI-powered lead scoring, CRM, and predictive analytics tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, operations) to align on go-to-market plans.
Marketing Innovation:
- Design and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns using AI-driven platforms for automation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Optimize SEO, content marketing, and paid media using machine learning and AI-based insights.
- Analyze consumer data and behavior to create hyper-targeted marketing initiatives.
- Lead marketing funnel optimization through AI tools (e.g., A/B testing algorithms, customer segmentation, sentiment analysis).
AI-Enabled Insights & Reporting:
- Use AI/ML tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Google AI tools) to enhance customer insights and marketing decisions.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and sales forecasts.
- Identify trends and opportunities through advanced data analytics and customer behavior modeling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Proven experience using AI/ML tools and platforms in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Has an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
- Certification in AI/ML tools or digital marketing (e.g., Google AI, Salesforce AI, Coursera, HubSpot Academy).
- Experience in conversational marketing or AI chatbots.
- Familiarity with predictive sales analytics and AI-powered customer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
