This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns across Southeast Asia. The role plays a key part in generating and nurturing leads using Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), while executing high-performing B2B and B2C campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Job Requirements

Job / Skills Competencies & Critical Work Experience:

  • Must have at least 2–3 years of experience in digital campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation—preferably using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Solid understanding of the B2B and B2C customer buying process
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple countries while coordinating closely with local teams
  • Established expertise in performance marketing, covering both paid search and paid social advertising
  • Hands-on proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Pardot reporting
  • Strong project management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.

Key Accountabilities

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute regional and local digital campaigns across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
  • Implement B2B campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and B2C campaigns focused on driving e-commerce conversions across marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborate with in-country marketing teams to localize messaging, creative assets, and targeting strategies.

Lead Generation & Management:

  • Oversee marketing lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification processes within Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Work closely with inside sales teams to manage MQLs and regularly monitor lead funnel performance with inside and field sales teams.

Performance Marketing:

  • Manage paid media budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages for improved campaign performance.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration:

  • Partner with regional business units to ensure consistent campaign messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with local marketing teams to plan, execute, and report on localized campaigns.

Agency Management:

  • Lead collaboration with external agencies by providing clear guidance and ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
  • Manage agency relationships to meet deadlines and achieve campaign objectives.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Generate regular performance dashboards and detailed campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php51,000.00 per month
