Role Description

This is a

full-time hybrid role
 for a 
Software Quality Assurance Tester
 based in Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

The Software QA Tester's responsibilities include executing and managing software testing procedures, ensuring software quality, and actively participating in the quality assurance process. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting software issues, collaborating with the technical team to resolve them, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve identified issues related to projects.
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression tests.
  • Validate that all software functions perform as intended across devices and browsers.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and provide feedback on software stability and usability.
  • Maintain a comprehensive testing documentation, logs, and reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
  • Verify that new updates and integrations align with system requirements and design specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in

Quality Assurance

Software Testing

- Familiarity with 
manual and automated testing tools
 and frameworks.
- Understanding of the 
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
 and agile processes.
- Experience testing applications built with

- Fundamental understanding of web technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
