About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to join a technical support account. The QA Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery by monitoring, evaluating, and improving performance standards.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong helpdesk background, experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, and familiarity with Microsoft products.

You will oversee QA processes within a BPO environment, ensuring that agents meet performance and compliance standards while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of QA or related experience
  • BPO experience supporting IT or technical accounts
  • Background in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Proficient in operating systems troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products is a must
