I. JOB SUMMARY:
The Procurement Staff is responsible to ensure that all products, materials and other services needed by the company are acquired at the right quality, quantity, and price and within the required time. He/she maintains a good business relationship with suppliers and other service providers.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts continuous sourcing for new or additional suppliers/ integrators/service providers
Checks details of Requisition Forms from various departments including but not limited to the specifications and quantity
Informs requestors of the expected due date (14 days after the receipt of the RF) for the processing of PO
Canvass requested items/ materials/etc. with minimum of 3 to maximum of 8 suppliers per request both from accredited and non-accredited suppliers
Negotiates with suppliers regarding the last possible purchase price and prepares Abstract of Canvass.
Prepares the Abstract of Canvass of the selected products, materials, supplies, items, equipment, tools, etc. to be purchased and process Purchase Orders
Printing and processing of Purchase Orders thru fax or email to suppliers
Monitors history of reports if repairs and maintenance
Monitors requests and generates reports of all served, un-served and all deliveries and open purchase orders
Process Requests for Payment and ensures that the payments are collected/received by suppliers/service provider
Summarize cost savings
Maintains pricelist per item
Prepares report of average purchases per item with cost analysis
Prepares transmittal of price adjustments
Endorse products, materials, etc. to end users and collect their feedback and evaluation
Prepare reports and continuous research for new and additional suppliers
Provides performance evaluation of new and existing suppliers, integrators, and service providers
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent Work Experience: Candidate must have at least 2 years related job experience Basic Competency Skills:
Strong human relation skills
Above average communication skills, both in oral and written Filipino and English.
Willing to do field works
Willing to accept provincial assignments Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint) Attributes: Customer Focus

IV. SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING

V. PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITION
5 days a week at 9.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday
Normal air-conditioned room, well-ventilated working space Do field works as advised by the immediate head

Pay: Php19, Php20,627.09 per month
