Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train sales associates, ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Manage inventory, restocking, and product displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints effectively.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring cash handling.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, staff, and sales performance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
