Job Summary
The Cashiering Supervisor plays a key role in managing day-to-day front-end operations, ensuring seamless, professional, and customer-focused service. This position is responsible for upholding service quality, enforcing operational standards, optimizing costs, and maintaining accurate data to support efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience Oversight
Ensure front-end services consistently deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction through smooth and courteous checkout experiences.
2. Operational Compliance
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure all front-end activities are efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated.
3. Asset Management
Safeguard and maintain all front-end equipment and assets, including cash registers and POS systems, ensuring functionality and accountability.
4. Expense Monitoring
Track and manage front-end operational costs, including consumables like paper supplies, parking coupons, and other materials.
5. Data & Records Management
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of front-end records and databases to support reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a front-end or customer-facing role, preferably in retail or food service
