JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for directing and monitoring the proper execution of all phases of the department's operations in order to sustain sales performance, competitiveness, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, safety and security of employees and customers.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least five years of combined work experience in retail and store operations management
  • At least one to two years in a supervisory capacity or function
  • With experience and exposure in supermarket formats (e.g., neighborhood stores, etc.)
  • Require intermediate knowledge of sales concepts, retail math, general retail knowledge, and managing inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
