The Consultant is responsible for meeting sales and service goals, assisting patients, and supporting daily operations of the Spine Center. Duties include answering patient inquiries from walk-ins and online channels (Facebook, Instagram), maintaining records and reports, helping organize events or conventions, and keeping updated on clinic services and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • Responds to and manages patient inquiries received through walk-in visits and online channels, including social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, ensuring accurate information and professional assistance are provided at all times.
  • Makes calls on existing or potential customers and serves as front-line liaison between them and the Company in all matters concerning product and service delivery.
  • Continuously upgrades product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Provides information for forecasting market sales.
  • Maintain strong clinical knowledge with continuous self-education.
  • Maintain up to date sales activities, sales pipeline, and account records on prospective and active accounts on shared files.
  • Make reports of every event and sales related activities to the management.
  • Perform such other functions related to the foregoing as may be communicated from time to time by the Company or your immediate superior.

Additional tasks may be assigned. The role requires strong communication, sales, and client relationship skills, and business growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
  • Willing to work full-time, fixed schedule, work hours: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
  • Six (6) work days in a week
